Oral vitamins are appropriate for most people. Absorption from the digestive tract varies between individuals, influenced by factors including gut health, age and some medications. An infusion bypasses the digestive tract, which can produce higher circulating levels than an equivalent oral dose. Whether that’s clinically necessary for you is discussed at consultation.
Our clinicians have meticulously curated the ingredients in the Powerhouse IV Treatment to address the three pillars of wellness: Energy, Immunity, and Recovery.
The foundation of every Powerhouse IV Hydration session is a balanced electrolyte solution. Dehydration is the leading cause of midday fatigue and brain fog. By restoring your fluid balance at a cellular level, we provide an immediate lift in your performance and energy levels.a
A legendary immune-booster and collagen precursor. In this Powerhouse Vitamin IV, Vitamin C acts as a shield and protection against oxidative stress. It helps your body fight off pathogens while giving your skin a rejuvenated, brightened appearance.
Magnesium is often called the “Master Mineral.” It is essential for many biochemical reactions in the body. It helps relax and rejuvenate tense muscles. It also improves and enhances sleep quality and supports heart health. It is the “calm” inside the Powerhouse IV Drip.
Zinc is the silent guardian of your immune system. It plays a vital role in DNA synthesis and cell division. Including Zinc in our Powerhouse IV Therapy Clinic protocol ensures that your body’s natural defences are primed and ready.
The B-vitamin family (including B1, B2, B3, B5, and B6) is the engine room of your metabolism. They help convert and transform the food you eat into usable energy. If you have been feeling sluggish, the B-Complex in our Powerhouse IV Therapy is the “spark plug” you have been looking for.
At La Belle Clinic, we use specialised, effective antioxidants. These are used to neutralise free radicals. This helps slow down and reduce the cellular aging process. It also protects or safeguards your organs from the “wear and tear” of daily life.
Taurine is an amino acid. It supports neurological development. It also helps regulate the level of water and minerals in the blood. It also has antioxidant properties that support long-term heart health.
This amino acid derivative is famous in the fitness world. It is because of its ability to transport fatty acids into your cells’ mitochondria. Here, they can be burned for energy. If you have been focusing on body composition and endurance, the Powerhouse IV Infusion can be your favourite.
The beauty of the Powerhouse IV Drip Service is its versatility. It is formulated to help:
The High-Achiever: Stay sharp and focused during high-stakes weeks at work.
The Traveller: Conquer jet lag and dehydration from long-haul flights.
The Athlete: Speed up muscle recovery and replace vital minerals lost through sweat.
The Wellness Enthusiast: Use it as a monthly “reset” to maintain peak health.
While everyone’s body responds differently, many clients reporting after a Powerhouse Vitamin IV session feel:
Every session begins with a medical screening covering your history and current medications, so we can determine whether this infusion is appropriate for you.
01You'll be seated in a recliner and can work, read or rest during the session.
02Infusions are administered by registered health practitioners. The session typically takes 45 to 60 minutes, and your nurse will check on you throughout.
03
This depends on your individual circumstances and your practitioner’s advice. If you’re recovering from an illness, we’d encourage you to speak with your GP about what’s appropriate for you.
This infusion is not suitable for everyone, and there are risks associated with any intravenous procedure. We review your health history and medications before every session to determine whether treatment is appropriate for you, and your practitioner will discuss the risks with you beforehand. Please see our Safety Information section.
Most people feel a slight pinch when the cannula is inserted. Most find the rest of the session comfortable.
This varies between individuals. Your practitioner can discuss what’s realistic for you.
As with any intravenous procedure, there are risks to be aware of. The most common are bruising or discomfort at the cannula site and a cool sensation in the arm during the infusion. Less common risks include inflammation of the vein, fluid leaking into surrounding tissue, infection and allergic reaction. Your nurse will monitor you throughout the session. Please see our Safety Information section.
Some clients have other treatments alongside their infusions. Whether that’s appropriate depends on your circumstances and the treatments involved, which we’ll discuss at consultation.
