Post Care

Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas and alcohol for 24 hours, and avoid pressure or massage on the treated areas unless advised otherwise. Written aftercare is provided on the day, and a complimentary two week review is included so we can check your results together.
Preparation
To get the best from your HarmonyCa treatment, avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment and let us know in advance about any medications, supplements or recent vaccinations. If you have previously had cold sores, dental work scheduled, or any skin infection in the treatment area, please mention it at consultation so we can plan your timing safely.
